Singer-songwriter Lora is kicking off an exciting new chapter in her music career with the release of “Too Funky,” the first of five new singles scheduled to arrive over the next two months. The track serves as a heartfelt tribute to the pioneers of funk music, honoring legendary artists such as James Brown, Curtis Mayfield, and Stevie Wonder, whose influence helped shape the genre.
Written by Lora and her longtime collaborator Dave Wood, “Too Funky” captures the energy, groove, and spirit that made funk a global phenomenon. The single’s artwork reflects this celebration of the genre’s trailblazers, acknowledging the artists who inspired the song.
