Born in Panama and based in the United States, Erick’s experiences across Latin America have helped shape an eclectic sound that moves comfortably between English and Spanish. His influences include country, pop, salsa, merengue, bachata, flamenco, vallenato, reggaeton, and mariachi.
Every lyric on the album is written by Erick, with each track developed through a hands-on production process. He uses music-production software to experiment with instrumentation, arrangements, and vocal performances, allowing each song to develop its own character.
The album explores themes of love, emotions, relationships, personal experiences, and finding the courage to express what is truly felt. Tracks such as “Say What I Feel,” “Even If I Forget,” “Show Me The Way,” and “Más De Lo Que Tú Crees” showcase the bilingual nature of the project.
