Donizete Vicente is a Brazilian gospel singer, composer, and pastor whose life story is deeply connected to faith, perseverance, and transformation. Born in Taciba, São Paulo, and raised in the countryside of Paraná, he later moved to the Campinas region during the 1970s with his family, facing significant financial difficulties.
His life changed in 1982 when he had a transformative encounter with Jesus Christ. Inspired by his faith and the support of his church, Donizete returned to education as an adult, eventually completing his studies in Theology and later earning a degree in Social Work.
For more than two decades, he has served in pastoral ministry, dedicating himself to spiritual care, evangelism, and helping others. He also founded ABESE, an organization focused on supporting children and adolescents through educational and social programs.
Donizete began his musical career with the release of his first album, A Vitória é Certa, in 2015. His songs draw from his personal experiences and carry messages of faith, hope, overcoming challenges, and trust in God.
