Austin, TX artist Mike Donello strikes again with a different direction of sound in his new single release, “Point of No Return”. Holding on to much of his style, the song itself is a journey and a reflection through space and time. The lyrics suggest an evolution, moving on past things, letting go of what you can’t control, and finding the right amount of space in between people, places and things or even our own thoughts.
The new release is set for April 30th which also happens to be Mike’s birthday. The new track has a little more rock elements with a few tricks up its sleeves. It was recorded at Studio 601 in Austin, TX where Mike also recorded his first EP in 2020 with songs like “Southside” and “Setting Things in Motion”.
“Point of No Return” certainly highlights Donello’s ability to be versatile in his original music and lyrics and delivers a well seasoned performance.
