After more than three decades serving as a civil police officer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Eberson Bento da Silva — known artistically as Lorenzo Parolini — is stepping into a new chapter of his life. Inspired by his great-grandfather, Parolini adopted the stage name as he began sharing the music he had quietly composed since the age of 16. Writing and singing had long been his private refuge, a way to find peace amid the challenges of law enforcement.
The passing of his brother, Ezer Bento, and his own struggle with diabetes prompted Parolini to reflect on the parable of the talents. No longer content to “bury” the gifts God had given him, he partnered with maestro David Sicon to bring his songs to life in the studio, dedicating the work to God’s glory.
His latest release, “Worthy Is the Lamb,” draws from Revelation 5, portraying the infinite power of Jesus Christ and His redemption of people from every tribe and nation. Through heartfelt worship and scriptural depth, Lorenzo Parolini hopes these songs will inspire, edify, and reconcile listeners to Christ — a lifelong calling now shared with the world.
