Scottish Americana outfit Giant Head Collective have released their brand-new single Our Blue Dot across all major streaming platforms.
The song delivers a heartfelt message urging listeners to appreciate and protect the planet we call home. With thought-provoking lyrics and an emotional vocal performance from Robbie Sinclair, Our Blue Dot blends Americana storytelling with a modern, roots-inspired sound.
The track features Iain Bayne, legendary drummer of RunRig fame, bringing his trademark energy to the song, while acclaimed producer Stuart McCredie (known for his work with Texas, Blue Nile, and others) crafts a rich, cinematic production that lifts the track to new heights.
Formed in Scotland but drawing on influences from across the Atlantic, Giant Head Collective describe their style as “Americana from the old country” — a sound that wears like weathered denim, honest and unpolished, but full of heart.
