Florida-based artist Jutt Huffman is back with a high-energy new single titled “Whiskey Hell Bent Angels,” a fiery, twang-driven country anthem inspired by the raw spirit of ’90s honky-tonk.
Packed with grit, chaos, and a fearless vocal performance, the track reflects the intense lifestyle of a full-time musician—where faith, heartbreak, loneliness, and the pull of alcohol and temptation collide. With fast-paced, tongue-twisting lyrics and Huffman’s signature Ohio rebel drawl, the song fuses traditional country swagger with a strong rock ’n’ roll edge.
Written and produced entirely by Huffman, the single was recorded at Saxman Studios near Nashville and is part of an upcoming double album of fully self-written and self-produced material.
Originally from a small village in Ohio, Huffman spent years building his name through nonstop performances in Nashville’s honky-tonks. Over time, he developed a distinctive style marked by high-energy shows, soulful vocals, and strong guitar work on both rhythm and lead.
Though long regarded as an underground act, he has steadily built a loyal global fanbase and performed alongside major artists such as Luke Bryan, Kid Rock, Josh Turner, Craig Campbell, Tracy Byrd, Morgan Wade, Drake White, Uncle Kracker, Gavin DeGraw, The Band Perry, Ryan Hurd, Brooke Eden, Keb’ Mo’, Craig Morgan, and Cooper Alan.
Now based in South Florida and touring widely, Huffman has grown his audience to over 21,000 followers worldwide. After releasing his self-recorded debut album Jutt LP in 2015, he took time away from recording to focus on songwriting and production while continuing to perform hundreds of live shows each year. That period helped shape his current creative momentum.
Recent releases have shown his rising momentum, including “Today We Drink,” which reached #53 on the iTunes Country Chart, followed by singles like “That Feeling (Freedom)” and “Hey Hot Mama.”
The new single is supported by a striking music video directed by Rick Trace, showing Huffman speeding through downtown Nashville as a group of “Whiskey Hell Bent Angels” join him for a wild night of reckless energy.
With his bold sound, powerful stage presence, and genre-blending style, Jutt Huffman continues to push toward a breakthrough moment. “Whiskey Hell Bent Angels” stands as a bold statement of identity—rowdy, defiant, and unmistakably authentic.
