Daniel Boisset: A Life Dedicated to Music and Faith

From an early age, Daniel Boisset grew up surrounded by music. At just 14, he began performing at dances during the summer season in Corsica. In the 1980s, he turned his attention to writing and composing his own songs.

In 1982, Daniel formed the group ELIXIR, with whom he released his first 45 RPM single, La Grande Dame, in 1984. During this period, he also had the opportunity to perform alongside several artists, including Gérard Palaprat and the group Les Forbans.

In 1985, a significant meeting with a Parisian producer during a concert changed the course of his career. Daniel moved to Paris and recorded I Love You under the name Daniel Boisset. The song was signed by the RKM label and distributed by Music AZ.

In 1988, Daniel accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord and decided to dedicate his musical talent to Christian faith. His 1997 album Poursuivre la route achieved notable success, selling more than 5,000 copies.

Years later, he returned with Juste une prière in 2018, followed by En aparté in 2020. Both projects reflect his faith and his desire to encourage listeners to remain close to God through both joyful moments and difficult times.
