Joe Keegan Returns with Heartfelt New Single “Don’t Say You Don’t”

After a successful theatre tour across the UK and Scandinavia with Se7en Productions’ Fairytale of New York, singer-songwriter Joe Keegan is returning to his musical roots with the release of his latest single, “Don’t Say You Don’t.”

Recorded at Hope Mill Studios in Manchester and produced by Andrew Jones, the track blends folk and country influences with modern pop production. The song explores the emotional struggle of holding onto a relationship that is slowly slipping away, wrapped in an uplifting and easygoing melody.

Raised in Daisy Hill near Bolton and deeply influenced by his Irish heritage, Keegan draws inspiration from artists such as Kodaline, Nathan Angelo, and Brothers Osborne. His music combines Celtic influences with contemporary songwriting, creating a sound that is both heartfelt and accessible.

“Don’t Say You Don’t” marks the beginning of an ambitious long-term project, with new music planned every five weeks through 2028. Alongside the release, Joe and his band will continue performing across the UK, including appearances at festivals like Craic by the Creek. With a growing catalogue and an energetic live presence, Joe Keegan is steadily establishing himself as one of the North West’s most promising emerging artists.
